Food cold, prices high. Employees are super nice.

A simple meal for two with an appetizer cost over $30, but the brisket barbeque was the best; the most tender and tasty I've ever had. Big portion sizes, too.

This is the best and only BBQ place in Centerville TN that I know of. But the food here is great, but their side dishes like their fries and slaw could use an improvement. But their BBQ pork and chicken is fantastic.

Great food love there bar-b-que sauce wish they were around were i live... A must go if your around the area.

I love this joint! Devin and his crew put their heart and soul into everything they do. The nostalgic items on the wall and local flare make this my favorite locale hangout! Best BBQ! Try the wings and homemade pork rinds!

First time here. I had the chicken grilled cheese and my wife the brisket. Both were very good. The fries are great also. We'll be back

Good BBQ. Worth the visit. They have several bbq sauce options which I assume are homemade. All were good from sweet to regular to spicy. Loved the brisket and the okra. The fried pickles are a must. You will not leave this place hungry. The plates were abundant and you will bring leftover food home. One good thing is they can and will customize any platter to your liking. I did brisket and pulled pork. Definitely worth it! Had a 2 year old with us and his chicken fingers were real chicken. Highly recommend.

Papa Kayjoe's is a local, family-owned BBQ joint that drips with charm more than even the BBQ they serve. The style is dry/pulled with sides of in house sauces (mild, sweet, and hot) served with flat, southern style (no sugar) corn bread (corn pone). Try the corn nuggets, they're amazing. Peanuts are sitting at every table so if you're allergic, have someone get you take out. The sweet tea is incredible (approaching deep South sweet) but a half and half version is available. Overall, definitely worth taking a side trip if you're a fan of BBQ.

It's a good place to bring the boys to. And the family who loves Bar B Que. The best thing is the they have a lot of history on the walls that you can look at. The food is good the people are nice. I got ther pork and brisket and chicken sandwiches they are good. I have also gotten there chicken nuggets and that's great as well. One thing that I would love to see if they got bigger cups for your drinks. But its great I would bring my family and friends here when they come from out of town.

Absolute best place to eat in town via my opinion. The best portions, via the quickest service. Sweet tea is a southern staple and they make the best. The pull pork, and pull chicken are amazing obviously. I mean they've been on a TV show before that's gotta mean something!

The Papa Burger is a 9/10 experience and I would definitely recommend it. Also, you have to try the pork fries 7/10 but as far as I'm willing to go on fries.

We were in centerville visiting and stopped at papa kayjoe's. I had the grilled cheese with brisket...BEST SANDWICH ever!!!!! Can't wait to go back the next time we are there.

This place is amazing! I had the smoked grill cheese brisket sandwich. Wow! So good! It fills up pretty quick and you may have to wait a few mins. but so worth the wait!

Stopped here unexpectedly after just driving around Dickson and Hickman county for an hour. Glad we stopped! Super good food. Giant portions that end up sending you home with a to go box. We'll be sure to come hungrier next time!

We eat here as often as we can. Love the bbq/grill cheese sandwich. Pull pork is real good too.

One of the best BBQ places I have been to. Top 3 for me for sure. Worth the drive. Very smoky delicious pulled pork. Perfect fried green tomatoes. And the sauces are some of the best and most unique I have had.

I liked it but wasn't very impressed by the taste of the food.I'd like to go back and try the wings. The decorations on the walls was like looking at someone's scrapbook. I loved it!

Fast service, nice staff, and good prices. All the food was delicious. Will definitely be back when I am in the area.
